Mike and Sherri McNamara stopped by the Miss Wisconsin encampment to do a little dirt boating several weeks ago. Dan and Blanca gave them a technical briefing on the structure of this magnificent machine.

Welcome to the Black Rock update page. Here, from time to time, we will provide you with news from Gerlach, Nevada where Spring trials are about to begin. The Miss Wisconsin has been refitted with a redesigned mast, sail and plank. The front steering mechanism has been rebuilt to run smoother on the Playa. Dan and his crew are anxious to get the boat up and running. As soon as the water recedes and the wind blows he will be out there testing and tuning the machine. Come on out it is Spring on the Black Rock. Check out the movie, these are a few scenes from this spectacular place. Bruno has rooms, come out and play!
